Return and Shipping

1. The shipping company we use is FedEx, because in our experience, they are most reliable.

2. You have 7 days from the day you receive the merchandise to return it. Return shipping charges are customer responsible and restocking fees of 15% will be applied.

3. We will gladly reimburse the price of merchandise but shipping fee are nonrefundable.

4. All shipments are insured by FedEx.

5. If product was damaged during shipping we will replace it with no extra charge. All damaged merchandise must be notified within 5 days of receiving. All package has to be kept for FedEx inspection. FedEx will be picking up the package for inspection.

6. Please keep in mind there may be some discoloration and configuration on all talavera. This is what makes them unique and famous in Mexico.

7. For returns, the product must be packed exactly the same way it was and send via a courier company plus insure. No ordinary mail, please. All shipping to be covered by customer (see#2)
